Hurricane Damage Assessment

Assessment of hurricane damage to three large schools in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The work included evaluating whether each building should be restored or demolished and rebuilt.

The project scope also included architectural and structural details for the required remedial work, together with construction cost estimates.
