Who we are?
Meet Voytek
Voytek is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). He is licensed to practice architecture in New York (License No. 0199446, issued by the New York State Education Department) and the U.S. Virgin Islands (License No. 516 A, issued by the Virgin Islands Board for Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors). He is also a licensed building contractor in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Voytek is a hybrid professional whose expertise spans architecture, engineering, construction, and information technology. In addition to his education in architecture and engineering, he earned a Master of Science with Distinction in Business Information Technology in 2010.
An early adopter of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Voytek has been applying BIM since the mid-1990s and continues to integrate advanced digital technologies - including generative design and design automation - into every project.

Honorable mension. 539 entries. Arata Izosaki and Richard Meier amoung jury members. Compeeting with the competion winner Zaha Hadid.

1995
US Virgin Islands Building Codes
Providing V.I. Government with recommendations for changes in the building codes after a series of powerful hurricanes in the region. The implementation of new codes has directly resulted in safer buildings by establishing minimum standards for construction, ensuring structures are designed to withstand natural disasters and other hazards.

Harvard Design School Collaboration
Voytek was invited to participate in Harvard Design School study to evaluate use of digital technologies in a major project in London, UK
