Design, Development Management, and Construction Management of a condominium development in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The project included an on-site sewage treatment plant, a swimming pool, and recreational facilities.

This was Pniewski & Associates’ first project in the region and marked the beginning of a 10-year period during which the firm designed and managed numerous residential and commercial developments.
