Insurance Company Headquarters

Design Management for the new construction and refurbishment of the headquarters of one of the United Kingdom's leading insurance companies.

A defining feature of the project was its impressive central atrium. Radiant panel technology was incorporated to provide occupant comfort within the large open space. Because thermal comfort could not be assessed through direct measurement alone, the design team relied on detailed engineering calculations to achieve the desired environmental performance.
