14-Story Office Building

Design Management of an 890,000-square-foot office complex in Central London, United Kingdom, comprising a 14-story office tower with ground-floor retail, a three-level underground parking garage, and a high-performance double-skin façade.

This was Pniewski & Associates' first Design Management project in the United Kingdom. Strong collaboration among the project team contributed to the successful delivery of the development ahead of schedule and below budget.
