Biophilic Space

Design and Construction Management of the conversion of an existing utility building into a contemporary living, dining, and entertainment space.

Originally constructed in the 1960s to utility-building standards, the structure required substantial engineering upgrades to satisfy residential building code requirements. The design focused on structural integrity, natural materials, high-performance insulation, abundant daylight, views of the surrounding landscape, natural ventilation, energy efficiency, and carefully considered interior design. The result is a healthy, sustainable, and biophilic living environment that balances occupant well-being with functionality and budget.
