Design and/or Construction Management of numerous residential and commercial projects in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands—far too many to showcase individually. The work ranged from home additions and renovations to new buildings of various types, sizes, and budgets.

Drawing on Pniewski & Associates' structural engineering expertise, every project placed particular emphasis on hurricane-resistant design, maximizing structural integrity and minimizing damage from high winds, heavy rain, and windborne debris.
