Vacant Land Rezoning

Rezoning of vacant land in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, from R-1 (Low-Density Residential) to R-3 (Medium-Density Residential) to facilitate future residential development.

The work included preparing documentation for the Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) and the Virgin Islands Legislature, together with schematic design proposals supporting the planned residential community.
